Weekly Meal Plan – Week of October 1, 2018

This week, I am experimenting with changing up my macros to see if I can tell any difference in my progress. I was doing 1g of protein for every pound of lean body mass, less than 20g net carbs, and trying to stay well under my fat limit. I feel like that may be too much because I have been hungry a lot lately and feel like my progress is slow (probably because I am hungry and eating when I shouldn’t be).

I have been watching Keto Savage’s Deeper State Keto vlog series and was struck by his comments about higher fat and lower protein, so I am changing my macros to 80% fat, 15% protein, and 5% net carbs. I used this calculator.
