Thanksgiving is here! This week’s meal plan is super simple because all our cooking efforts will go towards preparing Thanksgiving Dinner. This year, we are going to keep our carbs as low as possible (and also watch our fat and protein intake and our macro breakdown) while having Thanksgiving with my family on Thursday and then having Thanksgiving with family on Friday.
