I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. The week of feasting was more than enough for me and I am ready to tone down the amount of food that I am eating.
This is going to be a busy week because it is my last week of classes before final exams (and before graduation)! We are using some tried and true meals to help us get back on track with our macros and our portion control.
