Today was pretty easy from a diet perspective. I was not as hungry during the day and didn’t have to drink a second bulletproof coffee. I had a good deal of energy, as well.
When I got home from work, I was hungry and ate a bunless bacon cheeseburger with a small salad. My macros would have been perfect at this point but I got extremely hungry after dinner.
I ate a small smoked sausage which didn’t throw my macros too far out of whack.
