I could feel the ketone energy coming back today.m and I haven’t been so terribly hungry.
I had one bulletproof coffee for breakfast. For lunch, I had a six ounce burger on top of two ounces of romaine, one ounce of Asiago cheese, and 2 tablespoons of Primal Kitchen Greek dressing. It was tasty and kept me full through the afternoon.
I went out to dinner tonight and had barbecue, baked chicken, and green beans. My macros are off and my protein is way too high but I feel good and still have some energy.
It has been pretty easy to stick to the plan while I am at work because I have been so busy. I am going to try to keep myself occupied this weekend to distract myself from food.
