This ends the second week of my DSK journey, and today’s eating was way off track.
Our local chocolate shop, Chocolate Creations, launched their keto and sugar free chocolates today, and I tried most of them. They had truffles, molded chocolates, and almond clusters. They also did chocolate dipped strawberries but I passed on that. The chocolates were good but the truffles were the best. They tasted like fluffy chocolate-flavored whipped cream in the center.
Taste-testing and not eating at home combined comes out looking like macros for two people.
Tomorrow, I am going to push forward with my macro tweaks for week 3. I am making a pledge to be stricter with sticking to my plan, getting in some exercise, and having some self control.
