Deeper State Keto – Week 3

Week two of the Deeper State Keto program is complete. I’m not satisfied with my week 2 and want to recommit to week 3 so that I can really see some progress.

I also want to bring weightlifting back into my routine this week. Cardio will increase to 18 minutes of stationary bike twice this week.

My measurements today are:

  • Weight: 236.4 (down 14 pounds)
  • Body Fat %: 47.9 (down 3.1%)
  • Bust: 44.5″ (down 2.5″)
  • Waist: 47.5″ (down 3″)
  • Hips: 51.5″ (down 1″)
  • Ketones 1.3

Last week, I cheated. A lot. I am going to push forward with my week 3 macros, though. This week’s macros are:

  • Calories: 1602
  • Fat: 139
  • Protein: 78
  • Carbs (total carbs): 10

You can find my meal plan for week three here. You will see a complete lack of variety because I want to be stricter with my macros and tracking this week, and less variety helps with that.
