
Hello, everyone! I’ve been away from keto for the last week having quite the pity party following saying goodbye to my kitty, Captain Jack, a crazy work week, and some other news that is currently affecting my family. This week, we are getting back to keto but not to Deeper State Keto. My plan is to start that over beginning Sunday, February 3, 2019.
Here is our meal plan for this week:
Monday and Tuesday
Lunch: Salad with asiago cheese, greek dressing, & 6 oz. of 80/20 ground beef
Dinner: Peri Peri Chicken with Brussels Sprouts
Wednesday
Lunch: Salad with asiago cheese, greek dressing, & 6 oz. of 80/20 ground beef
Dinner: Egg Roll in a Bowl
Thursday and Friday
Lunch: Salad with asiago cheese, greek dressing, & 6 oz. of 80/20 ground beef
Dinner: Creamy Lemon and Dill Salmon with zoodles
Saturday
Lunch: Bacon and Eggs
Dinner: Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan
